HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (16 oz.) can artichokes (not marinated)
1 (5 oz.) can diced green chilies

Drain artichokes; cut into quarters. Mix remaining ingredients together; bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with crackers or chips.
