VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can tomato juice
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 (15 oz.) cans green beans
1/2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
2 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
4 c. shredded cabbage
4 c. diced potatoes
4 c. diced carrots
2 c. diced onions

Mix all ingredients together except corn and peas and cook for 1 hour in a large pot on medium heat. Thirty minutes from time started, add peas and corn. If soup is too thick, add water as desired.
