CHEESE IN PUMPERNICKEL | |
1 round pumpernickel bread 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature 10 oz. Wispride cheese 2 oz. beer Cut off top of bread and scoop out the inside. Cut bread pieces into small squares. Blend all ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth and pour into bread shell. Refrigerate. Arrange bread squares around pumpernickel and serve. |
