LEMON COCONUT BARS 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. XXXX sugar
3/4 c. cold butter
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
3/4 c. flaked coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and XXXX sugar and cut in butter until crumbly. Press into bottom of lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.

Mix eggs in large bowl with sugar, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour over baked crust. Top with coconut. Bake until golden, 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
