BAKED CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 slices buttered bread, cubed
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper

Layer half of bread and half of cheese in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; repeat layers, ending with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper in a blender container; blend well and pour over bread-cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve immediately. 8 servings.
