BAKED BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. broccoli spears, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. crushed cheese crackers (Cheez-its)

Butter casserole dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese. Toss lightly with broccoli and place in casserole. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until it begins to bubble.
