YOGURT PIE 
1 baked (cool) pie shell
Fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, peaches, or nectarines)
1 c. yogurt
1 c. sm. curd, uncreamed cottage cheese
3 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Clear gelatin, if desired

Line bottom of pie crust with fresh fruit and sprinkle a little sugar on it. Beat together the yogurt, cottage cheese, honey and vanilla. Press it through sieve. Stir it again and pour into the pie. Decorate the top with more fruit, like strawberries, or thin slices of peach. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for several hours before serving. Serves 6.
