INSTANT GLUTEN STEAKS | |
2 c. Do-pep flour 1/2 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. quick oats Stir together in a bowl. In blender whiz: 1 sm. onion 1 pkg. George Washington broth 1 tbsp. Bragg liquid Aminos 1 tbsp. Bakon yeast Stir into Do-pep bowl and blend. Roll into size of ice box cookie roll and wrap in wax paper. Let stand for 30 minutes. Bring to boil: Broth 1/2 c. tomato juice 1 tbsp. Vegex 1/4 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tbsp. onion flakes Slice steaks and drop into boiling broth. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Do not lift cover during process. |
