GLUTEN PUFFS | |
Tear off walnut-sized pieces of gluten. Place on oiled baking sheet about 2 inches apart and bake at 350 degrees until balls puff up and are light. (May be deep-fat fried instead of baking.) Reduce heat and bake slowly until crisp and dry. Use in vegetable stews or soups, or may be ground to make meatless burger to use in roasts or loaves. They will keep indefinitely. |
