AMBROSIA COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. dates
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. cherries
Nuts

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Slowly add 1 1/2 cup flour mixing well. Mix fruits, coconut, nuts, and remaining flour. Then add to cream mixture and mix well. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at about 325-350 degrees.
