3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients then add 1 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3 eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 18 ounce can crushed pineapple and juice, 2 cup chopped bananas, 1 cup chopped nuts. Mix with spoon (do not beat). Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool and spread frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar

Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Cream together. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Top with nuts.
