EGG STRATTA 
8 slices bread
4 green onions
4 eggs
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 lb. grated cheese (may use combination of Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella and American, etc.)
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
5 oz. frozen broccoli
1 can mushrooms

Remove crust and cube bread. Chop onions. Put all in a deep, greased 9 x 3 casserole dish. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Pour over bread mixture and let stand (in refrigerator) overnight.

Before baking, cover with soup, cream, mushrooms, and broccoli. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours; let stand 10 to 15 minutes. Yield: approximately 8 main servings.
