1- 1/2 lb. oreo cookies, grind very fine
1/4 c. softened butter
1- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3- 1/2 c. milk
2 small instant vanilla pudding
1 -12 oz. carton non dairy whipping cream

Grind oreo's and set aside.

Blend together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar.

Mix the milk and pudding.

Mix together the pudding mixture and the cream cheese mixture. When smooth and blended well, fold in the whipped cream. Place in a Deep bowl. Cover with the oreo's. Place two or three artificial flowers on top. Serve chilled.
