SALMON SOUFFLE | |
1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 lb. can salmon 1/2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 4 egg yolks 4 egg whites Warm milk; add crumbs. Let stand until milk is soaked up. Combine with flaked salmon, salt, pepper, and beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees until done. |
