FRUIT PIZZA 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter, melted

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruits (strawberry, banana, blueberry, pineapple, kiwi, grapes)

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice

Combine crust ingredients. Press into buttered pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. While crust bakes, mix topping ingredients (except fruits). Spread mixture over partially cooled crust. Top with fresh fruits.
