1 c. white Karo syrup 1 c. white sugar 1 c. peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla 6 c. corn flakes or 4 c. corn flakes and 2 c. Rice Krispies Butter a large bowl. Put the corn flakes in bowl. Mix the first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over corn flakes. Mix well. Spoon on a cookie sheet. | |

I made this recipe just boiling the sugar and karo together and then adding the vanilla and peanut butter after removing from the stove. It turned out so much softer and better. I have made it a lot of times and this was by far the best way.
