CABBAGE SOUP 
3 c. tomato juice
1/2 head shredded cabbage
1 can drained green beans
1 c. chopped celery
All leftover vegetables in refrigerate (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.)
4 c. water
Seasonings - garlic powder, onion powder, Mrs. Dash, lemon pepper - whatever you prefer

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Anything healthy can be added to soup mix - a can of mushrooms, carrots. Just don't add high calorie meats and pastas.
