APPLE CRISP 
Cinnamon
6 to 8 Jonathan apples
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. butter, melted

Peel and slice apples in 1/4 inch slices. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon. Layer apples in buttered baking dish. Sift together dry ingredients. Add egg to dry ingredients until crumbly. Place dry ingredients on top apples. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes until top is golden brown. Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.
