CABBAGE/ TOMATOES 
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. carrots, shredded or 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 c. diced fresh tomatoes
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt butter, toss vegetables in bowl. Add to butter and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes. Serves 4.
