SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. 10x sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 6 ingredients well.

Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F.

Topping: Cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Keep in refrigerator for days or freeze. I use a cookie sheet and make bars.
