SWEDISH NUT CAKE 
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple with juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Icing:

1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter
pinch salt
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix above ingredients together by hand.

Bake in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool before frosting.

Icing: Mix cream cheese and butter together until blended. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
