DEEP DISH PIZZA 
3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Toppings (olives, pepperoni, mushroom, whatever)
Cheese

Mix Bisquick and water. Knead 20 times. Place in pan, 9"x13" or jelly roll pan. Smooth out. Fry hamburger, onion, garlic (I use garlic salt, sprinkle in). Mix tomato sauce and Italian seasoning. Heat with hamburger after it has been drained. Place on top of dough. Add toppings and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
