CURRIED TURKEY AND FRUIT 
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 sm. fresh pear
2 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
4 dried apricots
12 oz. cooked turkey
2 tbsp. golden raisins
1/2 c. diagonally sliced celery
2 tsp. shredded coconut
1/4 c. diced green onions
1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)

In a bowl, stir together the yogurt, diced pear and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to coat. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 4, 250 calories per serving.
