2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. light raisins
1 c. mixed fruit
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degree oven. You may use a tube pan or a bundt pan. Grease and flour the pan.
