POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sharp grated cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Potato chips to crumble on top

Mix all ingredients, except potato chips. Put in large casserole dish. Put potato chips on top and bake 40-50 minutes at 375 degrees.
