PRALINE PANCAKE SYRUP 
This syrup is good over oatmeal pancakes or in oatmeal.

1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. molasses (Grandma's)
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Boil together water, sugar, butter, molasses and cinnamon until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans.

Use immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.
