PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 egg
1/4 c. honey
2 tsp. molasses
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. stone-ground whole wheat flour
1/4 c. raw wheat germ
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Lightly butter two cookie sheets, or use nonstick baking sheets.

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg, add the honey and molasses and stir to combine. Stir in the peanut butter, then add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Roll small pieces of the dough into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart, on the baking sheets. Press the balls lightly with the bottom of the glass, to flatten a bit. Bake for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
