PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. honey
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. crisp rice cereal
1 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine peanut butter, honey, oil, vanilla and eggs. Blend well. Stir in flour, oat bran, baking soda and salt. Blend well. Stir in cereal and raisins.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute; remove and store tightly covered. Yield: 18-20 cookies.
