BAR B QUE SAUCE 
1 qt. Wesson oil
2 lg. cloves garlic
4 lg. onions
1 gal. catsup
1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 (6 oz.) bottle hot sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
4 tbsp. salt
1/2 lb. brown sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper
2 lemons, cut into pieces
1 c. vinegar
1 stick butter
1 qt. tomato juice

Put oil in large pot. Chop or grind onion, garlic and add to oil. Cook until clear but not browned. Add all other ingredients in order, butter last. Simmer about 30 minutes. Taste. Could need more Worcestershire sauce. Makes 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of sauce. Put in small containers and freeze until needed.
