PIZZA HORS D'OEUVRES 
1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 jar Pizza Quick or other pizza sauce
2 loaves party rye bread

Brown sausage and drain well. (After draining, put on paper towels to absorb more grease). Slice cheese and melt in pan. Add sausage and mix well. Spread on slices of party rye bread. Top each with teaspoon pizza sauce. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Freeze on cookie sheets, then transfer to storage containers. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly. Do not have to thaw.
