BARBARA'S CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
2 fryers, boiled and boned
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced black olives
1 can chopped pimentos
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lg. pkg. spaghetti
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth with water added. Mince onion, bell pepper and mushrooms together. Add all vegetables with chicken in large bowl. Add soups and tomatoes; mix. Add spaghetti and grated cheese; mix well. Pour into casserole dishes and bake at 400 degrees until hot throughout. Freezes well.
