CHILI CHEESE LOGS 
1/2 lb. American cheese grated
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. minced instant onion
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts
3 tbsp. chili powder

Soften cheeses, and mix the salt, onion, pepper, lemon juice and nuts. Shape into 4 by 1 1/2 inch rolls. Chill for about 30 minutes. Roll log in chili powder. Makes 4 logs.
