PEPPER RELISH 
1 doz. red sweet peppers
1 doz. green sweet peppers
10 red hot peppers
1 doz. onions
1 tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar
4 c. sugar

Chop all fine. Add scalding hot water just to cover. Add salt. Let stand until cold. Drain. Boil vinegar and sugar 1 minute. Add peppers, bring to a boil. Seal hot. Use rubber gloves.
