CHICKEN MARSALA 
6 chicken cutlets, cut to size you want
4 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. marsala wine
1/4 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. each marjoram, basil, and rosemary
6 oz. fresh mushrooms, cut up
1 pkg. Knorr's brown gravy

Dredge chicken in flour; dip in egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Brown chicken in butter until tender. Place in 2 quart casserole; add wine, garlic, pepper, paprika, mixed herbs, and 6 ounces fresh mushrooms (cut up). Make Knorr's gravy as directed on package. Add to casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes more. Serves 6.

Veal may be used in place of chicken.
