JAN'S KAHLUA MOUSSE CUPS 
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Line 9 muffin cups with paper liners. Over low heat melt chips and butter. Add small amount of milk to get to spreading consistency. Stir until smooth. Coat the muffin cup liners with melted chocolate. Chill until firm.

MOUSSE:

6 oz. chocolate chips
3 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. Kahlua
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Melt chips - remove from heat. Add 1 egg and 2 egg yolks, mix well. Stir in Kahlua. Cool.

In large bowl beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites and whip cream into cooled chocolate mixture. Spoon into chilled chocolate lined cups. Remove muffin paper liners before serving. Can also top with a dollop of whipped cream.
