BAKED PINEAPPLE 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter

Mix flour, sugar and pineapple, add cheese and mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Top with 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers mixed with 1/2 cup butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top.
