SALMON POACHED IN WINE | |
1 c. white wine 1 c. water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 4 (5 to 6 oz.) salmon steaks Fresh dill Combine first 4 ingredients in large skillet, stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add salmon. Cook and simmer 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from liquid. Transfer to serving platter, garnish with dill. |
