SARAH'S FAVORITE HOT COCOA

Combine in saucepan:

1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
Dash salt

Blend in:

1/3 c. hot water

Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes.

Add:

1 qt. milk

Stir and heat. DO NOT boil. Remove from heat.

Add:

1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat with rotary beater until foamy. About six 6 ounce servings.
