2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
2 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
6 tbsp. raisin juice

Cover raisins with water and simmer. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Dissolve soda in raisin juice. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes.
