CHILI HOMINY BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can hominy, undrained
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained & chopped
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (opt.)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder

Combine ground beef and onions; cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients except cheese; stir well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle chili with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired and bake 5 additional minutes.
