DUTCH BABIES 
3 tbsp. butter
4 lg. eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar

PLUM FILLING:

3 tbsp. butter
4 c. quartered plums, unpeeled (Nectarines or peaches may be used)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange marmalade, optional

Bake in a 425 degree oven. Melt butter in 12 inch oven proof skillet. Mix eggs, milk, flour, and sugar until smooth. Pour into skillet. Bake 20 minutes until puffy.

Filling: Melt butter. Add fruit and sprinkle with sugar. Cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Stir in marmalade. May be done in microwave cook on high 3 to 4 minutes until tender.

Spoon into pancake. Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
