8 1/2" plastic flower pot
1 lg. + 1 sm. pkg. ground Oreo cookies
16 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 pkg. gummi worms

Mix Philadelphia cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Mix pudding and mix, then fold in Cool Whip and add to cream cheese mixture. Put layer of cookies on bottom, then pudding mix, then cookies, then pudding. Add gummi worms to pudding mixture and top with a flower. Chill.
