MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 large bag Doritos
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix cooled hamburger, sour cream, soups, tomatoes and taco seasoning together. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish or pan. Crush the chips and place 1/2 of the chips in the bottom of the dish. Pour the mix on top of the chips. Add the remaining chips, then put the grated cheese on top.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
