GREEN BEANS SUPREME 
1/3 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. canned green beans
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Simmer onion in melted butter. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Add sour cream and heat through. Blend with cooked beans and pour into a shallow baking dish, 1 quart. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
