CRANBERRY BREAD | |
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. orange juice 1 egg, well beaten Combine the above ingredients. Add the cranberries and nuts last. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55-60 minutes until bread springs back when touched. |
