CRANBERRY BREAD 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. cranberries, chopped
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1 2/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix oil, orange juice and peel. Then add eggs and sugar; stir. Add and stir in cranberries and nuts. Sift together remaining ingredients, add dry ingredients to moist ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
