CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3/4 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. sweet cucumber pickles, chopped
1 lg. apple, diced
5 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
1/4 c. & 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. pickle juice
Pimento strips
About 1 doz. radishes

Combine all ingredients except lettuce, pimento and radishes. Pack into a round 2 quart plastic or pyrex bowl and place in refrigerator overnight. Unmold on a bed of lettuce, garnish with pimento strips and radish roses.
