BBQ BEEF 
6 lbs. chuck roast
1 (24 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 squirts lemon juice
Onion and green pepper (optional)

Mix sauce. Pour over meat. Bake at 300 degrees.
