BANANA SPLIT DESSERT 
6 c. corn flakes, crushed finely
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. sugar
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
5-6 bananas
1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
12 maraschino cherries, drained, halved
1 c. corn flakes, whole

Mix crushed corn flakes, butter, sugar and pat into 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake 10 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cool.

Prepare pudding mix, refrigerate 10 minutes. Slice bananas over cooled crust, spread pudding over bananas. Drop drained, crushed pineapple over pudding. Spread Cool Whip over all and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle whole corn flakes over the Cool Whip. Trim with cherry halves. Serves 12 to 15.
