CHICKEN AND PEANUTS 
4 chicken breasts
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. peanut butter
5 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. whipping cream

Heat oil in large skillet. Coat chicken breasts with seasoned flour and brown in oil. Remove chicken and place in casserole dish. Add onion, peanut butter, milk and broth to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then transfer to casserole. Cook at 325 degrees for about 1 1/4 hours. Stir in cream and serve.
